In this mini-series, I will explore what it really means to be a data-driven business today. We will look beyond the Facebooks and Netflix’s of this world to see what the rising superstars are obsessing over. I will reflect on digital transformation and the muscle needed to shift not only thinking and skills but most importantly, behaviour. What’s the structure of a data-driven business and the roles required, we’ll ask. And finally, why not look at the bad and the ugly and hopefully recognise that you and your business do not belong to the latter group. Or do you?
